PLR License Terms & Usage Policy

This policy is for members of The Creative Content Vault. This membership includes access to professionally designed Canva templates and digital assets that may come with Private Label Rights (PLR).

This policy outlines the terms of use for those assets to ensure clarity, protect intellectual property, and support ethical use.

What You May Do (While Your Membership is Active)

As an active Vault member, you are allowed to:

  • Rebrand and customize eligible templates
  • Sell or use them as digital products under your brand
  • Include them in paid products (courses, bundles, lead magnets)
  • Use them in client work and service-based deliverables
  • Offer them as opt-ins or bonuses in your own business

What You May Not Do

Even with PLR access, the following actions are prohibited:

  • Sharing or reselling the raw Canva template links
  • Sharing templates with anyone who is not a licensed Vault member
  • Uploading or selling templates on commercial marketplaces (e.g., Creative Market, Canva's public gallery)
  • Selling templates with minimal or no customization
  • Claiming the original design files as your intellectual property

Items Excluded from PLR Licensing

The following Vault items are for personal use only and may not be sold, gifted, or distributed:

  • Monthly stock image collections
  • Font pairings
  • Color palettes
  • Holiday content calendars

License Validity & Membership Status**

PLR licensing is only valid while your membership is active. Once your membership ends:

  • You retain personal use rights for previously downloaded materials
  • You are no longer permitted to sell, gift, or redistribute Vault templates
  • You will lose access to future content and template updates

**PLR access ends immediately upon Vault membership cancellation unless a Commercial PLR License Buyout is purchased.

To continue reselling templates after canceling your membership, you must request a Commercial PLR License Buyout.

PLR License Buyout (Optional After Cancellation)

If you'd like to maintain resale rights after ending your subscription, you can request a one-time PLR license buyout. Fees are based on your total time as a member:

Enforcement & Good Faith Policy

We rely on good faith and trust in our creative community. Misuse of templates, violation of these terms, or unethical resale practices may result in revoked access or further action.
